I can understand why you were trying to keep it "universal" but I love that as a man of faith, as people of faith, we can't quench the spirit and in every place that he puts us.... he is there too.. and overflows with so much knowledge and insight we just can't keep to ourselves!

It's so true that God does not want us to be stagnant. He desires for us to continuously be growing and evolving and asks that we step out on faith and BELIEVE HIM for the desires that he puts in our hearts, for the things we need and want. It's easy to believe IN God, but how often to people step out on faith and BELIEVE He is gunna do what he says that He will?

This post reminded me of Isaiah 35:1-2a which says "Even the wilderness and desert will be glad in those days. The wasteland will rejoice and blossom with spring crocuses. 2 Yes, there will be an abundance of flowers and singing and joy!" God does not call us to the place of stagnant life and faith. Will he sometimes call us to a what feels like a desert or the wilderness like the Israelites... yeah sometimes he does but if we are in those places he wants us to continually grow and MOVE FROM THEM. We BLOSSOM in the desert so that we can move on to the next level of awesome things that he has for us. It's through that phase of out growing that we raise up and blossom and that makes it so that we can continually sing for joy at the works he does in our lives. You tried and failed! Lol...God...*clearning throat*
You tried and failed! Lol...God is to awesome to keep under wraps lol...as you know already!

...again something I needed to hear in this season! Dry places are sometimes created so God can see how determined you are to carry out the vision that He gave you...will we continue with the vision or abort it?...I have been in the aborting phase many times and He always reminded me that nothing I do is about me...and that is what keeps me going!

Thank you for the extra push this morning!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03939324160026166793noreply@blogger.com
